My first software development job was at the Government of Ontario. It was a co-op position that started September 2017 and ran until the end of the year. This job taught me the basics of working on a software development team and a professional workplace. I was able to spend time learning angular 2+ as well as applying what I learnt on the day to day job.
I was mainly a frontend engineer during my time here but I was able to get a taste of working in a fullstack environment. I worked on UI/UX contributions across Azure, VSTS, .NET Core 2, and NoSQL projects. I also setup a standard for Angular best-practices workflow and a template repository for quickly starting new Angular projects using the Ontario Government standards.
